Surrounded by 40 acres of cultivated fields you are away from it all! There is a small equipment shop and a large barn on the property. You may also wish to stroll along your own woods road or pick wild flowers from the surrounding fields. The property borders on the main beach at Melmerby which is a short 4-minute drive.
